Comments: I love this moisturizer! Now that it's winter I like how thick the creme is and it just melts into my skin. I will keep purchasing as my budget allows, it's wonderful stuff.

I have just started using this after attempting to ignore all the hype. It is absolutely fabulous, I have oily, dehydrated but aging skin, with occasional breakouts. This has made my skin feel almost well normal. My face is lovely and soft, and despite it's richness it just sinks in. I never believed it would be worth the money, but I don't think I can go back to my regular moisturiser now. I am converted!

I love this product even if it is very expensive.
I have combination skin prone to spots and this rich cream moisturises without being greasy. It also helps to fade scars and pigmentation marks.
I only use it when the weather's cold as I find it too thick for the summer.
I will re-purchase when it runs out.

Yes, this is a very rich moisturizer that feels very nice when you put it on. But is it worth the price? No. You've probably heard this before but Creme de la Mer is mostly seaweed extract, mineral oil, and Vaseline. While that's not bad it's not exactly worth $189US for 2 oz when Olay and Neutrogena probably sell more advanced, curent formulas. This is one primitive mositurizer that could probably be replaced w/ Nivea's Original Cream. I'm jsut glad that I got a sample of this from the SA.

I wouldn't try it again! I've used a different creme for a while now and the change in my skin is unbelievable... I only got Creme de la Mer becuase the reviews in general we so high, and 2 of my friends kept telling me its great, it didn't work for me at all, infact, it kinda made my skin a bit worse! (weird isn't it, especially when everyone says its a skin-life-saver!).. anyways, I've used a different creme with similar seaweed stuff and plus caviar, and my skin is just perfect now ^_^

Would you buy this product again? DEFINITELY!!!

Man... I don't know what I'd do without my Creme de La Mer. First off, I have eczema on my face that comes whenever I'm exposed to the sea breeze, put on make up, get stressed out, eat a certain something that I can't... etc. And this cream is a life (or skin) saver. Whenever I feel an itch or see redness or have any rough spots, the cream comes to the rescue. I've seen tons of dermatologists, doctors gone for several hospital appointments but got no cure. Only La Mer really worked. plus it doesn't discolour my skin like steroid creams do.
It works wonders on pimples as well. many pimple gels cause horrible irritations to the zit in order to pop it out and the area look all red and painful. but La Mer cream repels the zit without the obvious redness and pain. For my old black acne scars... they're history.
another part that's great is that I don't use alot. only about 10 times a month and only very little (the "a little goes a long way" really applies). Now I use it more often cuz I have to put make up on everyday but still that 30ml jar can last me 8 months or more.

Ever since using Creme de La Mer, I've gotten tons of compliments on how great my skin looks. I can really see and feel the difference too. now nobody believes that I have eczema until I show them my infected fingers.

Buy it again? No.

I have sensitive, oily skin. If I use La Mer and go to bed, I wake up with cysts under my skin. It happens every time. The creme smells nice, feels luxurious, but there are no magical antiaging ingrediants in it. Gave me horrible acne, and I am 45. I used the remainder of the jar on my legs. (That elevated the score from 1 to 2)
