Buy again? Yes

Do you like Lucky Green, but wish it were a pigment? (skip the next few paragraphs if you are following my sweetscents reviews- they are basic info for those who are not familiar with them).

Well, I just HAVE to take the time to review these pigments. Perhaps you are a MAC pigment addict and wish for more colors to buy, but there aren't any more.

Maybe you are a MAC pigment addict and the $18.50 for one color is prohibitive for you.

In either case, this may be an answer for you. Sweetscents.com is run by a woman who supplies pigments to many major makeup companies so that they can use them in their makeup of their own formulations. The milling of most of these colors is similar to the finer milling of the newer MAC pigments, not the chunkier versions in the old formulations.

She has colors that I used to dream of. The price is unbelievable- approx $2 a jar- go to http://www.sweetscents.com/mica_2.html and look for the mica pack combos at the bottom. There is about $8 shipping or so.

12th night is very similar to Lucky Green. It has that neony spring green look to it but with more of an even shimmer than Lucky Green. I find it works better for me than Lucky Green did, because I could not make Lucky Green stay on my eyes.

12th night works best with Lucky Jade Shadestick or something similar as a base, but I pat on the pigment with the MAC 239 brush BEFORE the shadestick sets. Then I blend the edges.

Looks awesome with interference copper, bright yellow gold, vanilla (mac) and lots of other colors.
