Arctic waters is an interesting color. The base is the color of Shimpagne Skinfinish and the shimmer is an icy aqua. Used dry, it is the intense shimmery pigment, used wet, it is cohesive metallic looking and very shiny. Application of this pigment is intense and it is easy to build up thickly if you want. You can also easily wash it out.

The milling of it is very fine so it blends nicely. Compared to MAC's Frozen White, the texture is a lot nicer- Frozen white is chunky, which is great and I love it. This is a different effect.

If this is your first sweetscents review....

If you want to check out these pigments, they are about $2 each for a 10g jar (MAC wants $18.50 for a 7.5g jar) and the quality is as good as MAC in most of the colors.
