Sweetscents pigments: Black Shimmer (loose color powder)
Overall Rating 5
Price Value 5++++
Packaging Quality 5
Buy again? YES

Black Shimmer is exactly the black pigment I spent years wishing and looking for. Most *black* pigments are either too silvery, gray, or blue. Black Shimmer is a true charcoal BLACK pigment with very dark charcoal gray shimmer. It is the perfect Black pigment.

Makes great liner, great creasing, accents, or smoky eye look. With the sweetscents neon yellow and black shimmer, it makes a PERFECT bumble bee stripe!

If you want to know more about Sweetscents pigment powders, check out my other reviews, where I have listed a lot more information including how to get them for $2 a 10g jar (go to http://www.sweetscents.com/mica_2.html to see specifics in the mica pack combos section). They are just as nice as MAC pigment quality, and I am very fussy.
