Sweetscents Pigments: Bright Red (loose color powder)
Overall 5+++
Price Value 5+++++++++
PAckaging Quality 5
Buy again? YES YES YES

Bright Red is what I thought that MAC's Bright Fushcia was going to be. One of the most gorgeous pigments I own, Bright Red is actually a brilliant fuchsia color. It is the same intensity as MAC's Bright Fuchsia, but the tone is more bluish. I absolutely LOVE this color.

Personally, after comparing them side by side, I would say that the names should be switched, as they would be more accurate if MAC's was called Bright Red and this one was the Bright Fushcia!

Think of the most brilliant fuchsia flower you have ever seen in summer- geranium, rhododendron, azalea- whatever it is, this pigment captures it.

Just as staining as Bright Fuchsia is from MAC, this pigment is a must have if you adore intense brilliant bright colors.

If this is your first sweetscents review, they are phenomenal bargains. The same quality as MAC (each color varies in characteristics as with MAC pigments) sweetscents cost approx $2 each. You can find out more about them at http://www.sweetscents.com/mica_2.html Go to the bottom of the page at the mica pack combos for a selection of pricing packs.

Not all colors I am reviewing are listed on the site right now - it is supposed to be revamped soon, but if you tell the sweetscents lady that you read my review and I reviewed this color, then she will not like wonder how in the world you knew to ask for it. HAHAHA.

Also, she is very helpful in helping you to find colors you might like if you tell her what you want. She helped me find a ton of colors that I just love by talking with me via phone and/or emailing me about them.
