One of the colors that the owner and color maven from sweetscents developed for Mardi Gras, Festival is a brilliant blue with shimmer in it. I would say if you are a MAC fan that it is like Electric Eel with shimmer in it.

Gorgeous color. You can wear it as a wash or pack it on with a good base, if you pack it BEFORE the base sets. Also you can use this wet for a more intense look.

If this is your first sweetscents review, they are phenomenal bargains. The same quality as MAC (each color varies in characteristics as with MAC pigments) sweetscents cost approx $2 each.
