Neon Yellow is a beautiful true yellow pigment. I do not see a neon yellow like florescent neon yellow, but instead, it is a French's bright yellow mustard color with matching shimmer in it. It is a bit more on the matte side than other pigments. If you have MAC chrome, it is a bit more brilliant than Chrome and it has shimmer- lots of gorgeous yellow shimmer.

It is one of the nicest most intense yellows that I have ever seen. It is similar to the yellow butterfly in the Specktra logo at the top of this page. Really nice yellow, better than the MAC yellows I have tried which tend to be more gold than yellow.

Definitely a must for the collection if you have a need for yellow pigment that is vibrant and not gold or dull looking.
