Sweetscents Pigments: Sunrise Yellow (loose color powder)
Overall 5
Price value 5++++

Sunrise yellow is gorgeous. A pastel mustard yellow base, Sunrise yellow has icy lime interference that does not scream at you, but just draws you in to see it more closely. If you like colors that are more unusual, but just can not wear bright intense colors like purple, blue, or magenta, this might be a color for you to try.
Very beautiful, it is by no means boring. When worn with gold, yellow or different shades of lime or green, Sunrise Yellow picks up the color and looks amazing. Looks great with other duochromes like MAC's Old Gold, Both MAC and Sweetscents White Gold, MAC's Golden Olive, the possibilities are many with this versatile color.
I also like to use it in the center bottom lip of red lipstick when I am wearing metallic gold for the holidays. A very light coating of it smeared over red lipstick is beautiful if you do it very lightly.
If this is your first sweetscents review, they are phenomenal bargains. The same quality as MAC (each color varies in characteristics as with MAC pigments) sweetscents cost approx $2 each. You can find out more about them at http://www.sweetscents.com/mica_2.html Go to the bottom of the page at the mica pack combos for a selection of pricing packs.
Not all colors I am reviewing are listed on the site right now - it is supposed to be revamped soon, but if you tell the sweetscents lady that you read my review and I reviewed this color, then she will not like wonder how in the world you knew to ask for it. HAHAHA.
Also, she is very helpful in helping you to find colors you might like if you tell her what you want. She helped me find a ton of colors that I just love by talking with me via phone and/or emailing me about them.
