Sweetie Cake Pigments and Softsparkle Pencil usage status
All three of these pigments are safe for both lip and eye use.

Softsparkle pencils are NOT safe for use on the waterline, due to the glitter they contain. They can be used to line the eye in a normal manner however- above the upper lashline, and below the lower lashline.
