2nd workout w/ personal trainer
Yesterday we focused a lot on my shoulders (front, middle, and back), my chest, and my triceps.
We usually do about 3 reps of 12 at each machine.
Here are two pics of what we actually did (I'm still trying to learn the names of the machines...  ) P.S. I didn't post all of the exercises.
During our very first workout, we concentrated on legs and lower back...
