What would your ideal stash look like?
Here's a challenge for you ... let's say you're on a real Zen/minimalism kick and decide to purge your stash. Or, imagine you have a similar lifestyle to my favourite blogger: Fabulously Broke in the City (FB), whose consultancy role involves living in hotels in various towns for months at a time. She and her husband have some things in storage as well as a technical "home" city, but they truly live out of a suitcase.

Given one of these situations, what would your stash look like? What products would give you the most versatility with the fewest number of items? You can do this with generic product descriptions (e.g., one pink blush, one peach blush, one bronzer), or the actual products you'd choose. Include brushes!

If you're curious, here's what's FB's travelling stash looks like:
Fabulously Broke in the City: Travelling with Makeup and Toiletries (Pt. 1)
Fabulously Broke in the City: Voyage avec Makeup & Toiletries (Pt. 2)

Re: What would your ideal stash look like?
I have a small stash to begin with. I'd replace a few products and lose a few:

- Benefit some kinda gorgeous (compact foundation)
- Time balm (concealer)
- Sephora blush me #5 (favorite blush)
- MAC lipgelee, slicked pink (sheer lipgloss, my favorite)
- Rimmel kajal, black(pencil eyeliner)
- Very Sexy liner pen (can't live without it!)
- Stila lash visor in black (never-clump mascara)
- Napoleon loose eye dust in 37 (neutral, skin-colored shimmer for eyes, face, whatever)
- Ardell taupe brow powder (brow powder)
- Sephora sharpener (eyeliner sharpener)
- Sephora bronzer brush (brush for blush/bronzer)
- Sephora meduim shadow brush (shadow brush)
- shiseido eyelash curler (eyelash curler)

Re: What would your ideal stash look like?
If I was going to get super minimalist, I'd say SFF, some matching loose powder, a bronzey blush (like Other Wordly from Moonbathe), Nylon, Ricepaper or Relaxing, Woodwinked, & Carbon or Black Tied. Along with an eyelash curler and mascara. Oh, and Dip Down and Blacktrack fluidline. And concealer--can't forget that! And chapstick!

Re: What would your ideal stash look like?
ooooh.. I can do this! My pared-down stash would be:

MAC MSF/Natural - Light
MAC Pink Swoon Blush
MAC Studio finish concealer in NW15 and NC15
Jurlique Silk Dust (Rose)
Too Faced "I know what boys want" es duo
MAC Shroom es
MAC Smoked Eyes palette
MAC Loud Lash Mascara - Black
Bloom Kissable Lip gloss
EA 8 hour cream (used as lip balm)
A white kohl eyeliner pencil
A black eyeliner pencil
A brown eyeliner pencil
A light coloured brow pencil

Brushes:
1x MAC 187
1x Bloom Blush brush
1x Inglot Kabuki
1x Inglot powder brush
1x MAC 213
1x MAC 222
1x MAC 217
2x Old, cleaned Mascara spoolies (one for brows, one for combing lashes)
1x pencil sharpener

the list looks big - but when you think about it, it's just really basic stuff.
