I got my brushes from a CCO for $35. They're the same brushes as the Patternmaker Basic brush set, except it's the Tailor Made set. I was going to buy Patternmaker til I saw these and saved $12.

I have the 190, 182, 208, 224 and the 272.
But I am lemming a whole bunch more - like the 187 and 168!!! (I will get then soonish I hope... my birthday and the holidays are coming!)
The rest of my collection is from Sephora, Garden Botanica and a two from Perscriptives. The Perscriptives ones I have are really top quality brushes - they are holding up GREAT and they are at least 8 or 9 years old by now.
My favorite non MAC brush is my sephora spoolie! I love that stinking little thing!

I just got the 213 and I love it! I get a great application with it. I was using a sephora brush and it used up a ton of my product and I had to try alot harder to blend.
I have a SE brush set and a 213 and 272 from MAC and I love them. I dont think I will buy anymore Sephora brushes.

My collection is pretty small. I have a MAC 187 that I swapped for and a set of 6 sable brushes (assorted eye and blush brushes) I bought off of Ebay. I also have the requisite 213SE brushes from my MAC palettes, a BE angled blush and flawless face brush, and a Stila 23 that came with my refillable compact. I don't use foundation or lip brushes really. Oh--I do have a vincent longo lip brush that I never use. I actually have more brushes than I thought, now that I'm listing them...

My brush collection consists of the following:
MAC:
222, 272, 187
Sonia Kashuk:
Fluff e/s, small e/s, smudge
Essence of Beauty:
Angled e/l brush (x2), concealer brush, angled blush brush, skunk brush
Maybelline:
Angled e/l brush (use it for brows), e/s brush
Sephora:
Fine e/l brush, bronzer brush
Flirt!:
Skunk brush
Bare Escentuals:
Flawless face brush (hate it! so scratchy)
I also have 2 Taklon e/l brushes from the art store - one is a push brush, one is just a fine e/l brush. For travel, I have a Tony & Tina brush set (powder/blush, e/s, crease, angled e/l, lip).

129se, 168, 182, 187x2, 190, 194, 204, 209, 213+se, 217, 219se, 224, 228 (AMAZING for packing on color), 239se, 266+se, 316se, 318 (best purse lip brush in creation).
and a smashbox 20, because mac doesn't have a spongey smudger like that.
I'm very brand loyal! I can't help it! I don't think I like makeup nearly as much as I like mac. )|:
