They are in Australian prices, and yes it's considered a discount for us Australians. Many Aussies love SmartPoppy as they stock brand new, L.E items such as MSFs. I picked up a brand new Petticoat on SmartPoppy, cheaper than what I would've paid on ebay.
The markup on MAC is ridiculous here - you pay $13.50 USD for an eyeshadow, whereas we pay $30 AUD which is currently equivalent to $23.50 USD. Due to this crazy price hitch, most aussie MAC addicts will order from the US as it's too expensive to purchase over the counter.
If you are ever having a sale on in the Clearance Bin section, please, if possible, try to include international shipping as it's difficult seeing so many pretty and CHEAP products on sale that arent shipped to our country
*end rant*

^^ what she said.
and yes, smart poppy is considered quite cheap around here. It's also one of our few CCO options. The USA has CCO stores - we don't get anything like that here (or at least I don't know anything about them if they exist). There are a few online CCO-type places, but that's it.

I would have thought the 'Australia's Online Cosmetics Discounter' bit would have given away the fact that the prices aren't in US dollars, but that's just me.
