Re: My Mac Frustration
I'm sorry you had a negative experience, but keep in mind we have no control over our stock. Sometimes we get things in. Sometimes we don't. Sometimes things randomly go on backorder and we don't get them for a month or so at a time. It a manufacturing issue, not a counter issue. It frustrates us, too. I promise.
I know I don't speak for every MA, but I know when I started with MAC I wasn't a fabulous artist. I had a lot to learn (and still do). It can be just as intimidating to join a team of seasoned artists when you know you're the weakest link as far as skills and product knowledge go. Perhaps those artists are just covering a lack of experience with what they view as confidence?
Either way, sorry you had the experience. Just remember, we aren't all like that. Most of us live for our jobs and consider ourselves very lucky to be at MAC and enjoy every second we have with customers that are as into make up as you guys are.
