Yes, they're a similar product. Some people complained the old smudge pots were a bit dryer than f/l. The new ones (Jade, Amethyst, Bronze, Cobalt & Copper) are all absolutely divine, and I much prefer them to f/l. They are smoother, creamier, easier to apply, and much more long lasting

dont bother with the old stila smudge pots- they are dry, hard and its almost impossible to get an even line with it

but the new ones are just divine.

I have the grey one and I really like it. Not sure if it's new or old...but it's working great and I like it just as well as my fluidliners

Totally agree. I have Jade and I adore it. It is a way nicer texture than my beloved fluidlines. I am dying to get more.

smudgepots
if you smoosh them around a bit, they are fabulous (the older ones). What seems to be dried up, really isn't. Just dig deep.

Hmm. I'm not seeing the new shades on Stila's website, and only Copper on Sephora.

Any chance the old colors have been reformulated?

God, they are a million times more amazing that fluidline! I like brassy, but it hardly shows up. Same with non-conformist -- good color, but not as bold as stila's eggplant. I swear by grey and black!

hmmm, Non-conformist shows up pretty bright on me, and so does Rich ground. I didn't get brassy because i thought it would be too light.

what a shame they're LE! the old ones are indeed drier but i'm quite ok with them.
