Stila all over shimmer powder
If I just want to apply it on top of my blush to give me a nice glow rather than a tan, Which color should I get?

Humm ... I would try to get a mac msf or a BB shimmer brick...

i think the shimmer in the stila AOS just isnt fine enough ...
