they are different [than Beauty Powders]. they are a blush, so they have a bit more color to them, but they do have that luminous pearl to it that the beauty powders have. i believe they are like the pressed beauty powders, but with more color.
i apply beauty powder to the high planes of the face since they don't have alot of color. the beauty powder blush are applied to the cheeks like a regular blush, just with the added benefit of the luminosity built in....
