I'll probably have b2m empties thrown at me for saying this but... Gulf Stream doesn't look terribly unique. *hides behind Cool Heat display* Yes, it's a bit different from Shimmermoss and Aquadisiac (lighter and darker than, respective, according to erine's swatches [thanks erine!]) and it has green pearl but on my lids I think it'll work just about the same as the other teals I have (Steamy, Shimmermoss, Aquadisiac, Waternymph, Parrot). I may just be reasoning myself out of it, but it seems like I can fairly easily cross it off my list.

Solar White, Cool Heat and Warm Chill, on the other hand, I definitely need to get my hands on! Cool Heat reminds me of a slightly lighter Freshwater (can't say for sure b/c I don't have it) and a shade I'd rather have than Submarine from NN. The lippies I'll have to save till I see them in person, but they look oh-so-juicy from the swatches!

No, I get what you're saying. I'm really thinking that Gulf Stream is going to be almost exactly like Waternymph for some reason. If it is, I don't have a reason for getting it because I have two of Waternymph already.

I definitely want Solar White and Warm Chill though. The seafoam green really excites me for some reason!

I know! Even tho I have Aquavert I really want Warm Chill. I guess I'm hoping it won't be as chalky on my lids as Aquavert, or has more pigmentation.

Just talking about them make me want to use them tonight tho, as if to spite the dreary grey we have here in Toronto. It would get my mind on to happier things, like the release of Cool Heat!

I know for sure I want all 7 shadows (and have already warned my husband ) and probably 2-3 slimshines. I haven't tried any of those yet, so this may be a good time since I am loving the colors. One good thing about it is that Gentle Simmer (the one I want most) will be PERMANENT! Yay! I am loving the blues and greens in this collection, but the 2 neutrals are calling me too. I am really excited! I wish this one was launching next instead of Neo Sci-Fi. I also love that, from the looks of the swatches, the colors in this collection will work very nicely with everything I got from Naughty Nauticals!

Okay, well... i said i was going to limit myself to 3 items from Neo Sci Fi and Cool Heat combined. Who am I kidding?! While I do think I only want two items from Neo Sci Fi, I definitely want Warming Trend and Gulf Stream eyeshadow, and maybe the Solar White as well, and High 90's slimshine. So I'm already up to 5-6 items from these two collections. Why oh why do we feel compelled to buy more make-up in a single year then we could possibly use up in a decade?!?! I'm calling this the BLM syndrome for me, I decided to exercise restraint when that collection came out, and have alway regretted that. So now... well it's obvious isn't it? I no longer exercise restraint when it comes to LE items or perm. items for that matter!!!

Nope, no chance at all! My wish list for Naughty Nauticals was 3 items long. My final tally... i'm almost ashamed to say it was 11 items total!!! Soooo... I'll be proud of myself if I actually limit myself to the above-mentioned products! See, the thing is the blues. I only really started to venture into the world of greens and blues at some point late last year. But I did promise DH I'd be good for a while... so Cool Heat might just be it for me. *Is feeling scared and confused*!!!!
