i'm intrigued at the descriptions for the lipsticks...the core of them will be different than the outer part of them? sounds strange...but exciting.

There is no comparing the BP's and the Soft Lights in my opinion. The Beauty Powder blushes are the actual blush, while Soft Lights is definitely a highlighter. I have the quad that is similar to the Colour Form powder that was in an ULTA set and it is a sort of highlighter, meaning that from my experience you don't get a ton of colour...just supposed to illuminate the face a little bit. I am interested to try the Colour Form powders to see if they have ANY colour payoff, because on my pale-ish olive skin getting the Soft Lights to show up is a hassle and a half.

See, I like to think ahead. My bday was in March but i asked for nordstrom gift cards. I now have $350 to blow on all these goodies :-D

I was thinking this too! I only want the 4 new pigments and I would love to see them first, I hope we arent going to get a golders green dupe, or an accent red/ruby red dupe

wow, that's great, I'm so envious of you. I think I'll be spending around that amount on this collection. So far I'm liking everything!

your name cosmetics has core lipsticks like these. The core is like a conditioning/vitamin e/moisturizing balm, and the lipstick on the outside is just lipstick. The outcome is pretty sheer...probably because of the combination of the two (balm and l/s)

but this is Your Name Cosmetics I'm talkin about. I just figured these lipsticks from MAC will be similar

Revlon - Revlon® Renewist™ Lipcolor
This is what I imagined the core lipsticks to be like. While the Revlon is a core or collagen, the core of the MAC lipstick I think, will be shimmer and pearl.

I hope that they are super moisturizing - my lips are so dry! Maybe the outside part will be really pigmented, too. Can't wait for swatches!
