I am dying for color and finish descriptions. Anyone know yet? I find that the descriptions help me decide better than the stock photos because those aren't very accurate in most cases.

That would REALLY help me too!!! But so far, I'm interested in the pigments and the lipsticks. I'm not so sure about the lustreglasses although the colors look pretty.


I really need to save my money because its embarassing when my parents see MAC boxes come in like every week.

Sometimes I have more than one MAC box delivered in a week, and often my mother will say something like, "Are you doing okay on your budget this month?"
She's sympathetic, but she doesn't completely "get" MAC.

I agree. I just don't like blue eyeshadow with my jade green eyes, so I know there's not much point in me putting money into blues.
I love red lipstick, though.
Am I the only one who's having a difficult time getting used to seeing blue eyeshadow and red lipstick worn together?
I personally have been wearing gray eyeshadow with red lips for years, but the shadows are always soft "dirty" grays(like French Grey), with no blue tones.

The promo pic with the closeup of the model's face intrigues me, and she's rocking the blue eyeshadows with blue eyes, and it gives me hope!! But I think I may have enough blue e/s and pigments to last a lifetime (and I think I'd prefer darker blues to lighter blues...I don't know it reminds me of the 80's looks, so I like darker on the edges to try and smoke it out).

*shrug* but Ill prob end up buying that pinky-purley shadow depending what it looks like. And maybe ONE jar of pigment. I love piggies!

I dunno if I already said this, but I keep getting confused between naughty nauticals and the 3 part collection. I think I got it now: NN is all about blues and oceans and seas, and red lips. The 3 part collection is bright colors and sci-fi. Right?

In that case...I'll have to wait and see swatches of this collection. I have a lot of blue shadows and loose shadows and I hardly reach for them. I like blues....so barely wear them. So I can't see myself investing in too many of the shadows....and I hate red lips. We'll see what i end up getting

I have blue eyes and LOVE to wear blue with them. It makes my eyes look super blue. One of my favorite FOTD's features blue, and I do this look quite often.

I have lots of blues, (and teals) but they are my favorites, so I can never have too many! I haven't been this excited for a collection since, well, I can't remember

They're messy, and a little tricky to apply, but, my grief, they're so beautiful!
No other eyeshadow on the planet seems to deliver such heavenly color and shimmer.
I'll probably pass on the pigments from NN, unless I decide to go for another "Lovely Lily," even though I haven't used up the one I got from the Lingerie collection, and I'll see what color "Lark About" turns out to be.
And I may buy "Wave," and/or "Bell Bottom Blue" for a brown-eyed friend who would love them!
