Yeah, it makes it much more versatile that way and less of a hassle! Because you can use it straight then! There's really no point in getting a frosty white color and turning it to a less frosty peach color, you could easily find another peachy color with pearl then!

But yeah, it was pure on me.

yay! i got Magnetic Fields e/s today and have posted lots of swatches in the Swatch Thread

just wanted to show you all a quick shot of how wearable Magnetic Fields is with a light hand. i've got lots of yellow tones and i dont find this shade too cool for me. colour intensity is easy to build up too - in this picture, ive applied it lightly

I actually like these lighter colors because they are so versatile, you can wear them with almost any liner or gloss. I understand what you're saying about needing liner/gloss to make it work but I have almost no pigment in lips so I always wear a liner everyday. There are few lipsticks I can wear solo so for me it's not a big deal.

I'm still waiting for my order. EDIT: Yay! It arrived!! I love the orange packaging, only 'cause it's bright and I'm a sucker for bright. If it were a shade different I'd probably loathe it.

I was really worried that Spaced Out wasn't going to work for me after hearing a few people's experiences that were similar skin tones as myself. I LOOOVE it though, I may even need a backup. I'm NW15-20 and I was really surprised to see that on my cheeks it had lots of pink! It's really hard to see the orange in it on me, I was worried it would be too orange so that's awesome. It looked so dark in the pan but it went on really lightly. I'm extremely pale and I had to pack it on.

I put in my order for the Volcanic Ash and Evening Aura as soon as the VAE went online this morning (got my tendertones as well yay!). =) I talked myself into and out of Evening Aura at least 100 times but it's so gorgeous I just have to have it.

I received my package today with Evening Aura, Magnetic Fields, Time & Space, the the Microfine Lip Refinisher.

Not too wild about the e/s -- but I also have not played with them yet at all.

I love love love the lip refinisher! It makes my lips so soft and smooth!

I got Evening Aura and Magnetic Fields in-store today and I have to say I was so much happier with the color of orange packaging once I saw it in person. I thought it looked ugly online, but now that I see them in person, its a really pretty electric, bright orange.

I am going to get the Neon Sea bag today but I am going to try to stay away from the Neo Sci-Fi display because I need to save my money for cool heat. But I know once I get there I will have all of the recommendations in this thread wispering in my ear, "Get the VA exfoliator!" I don't think I will be able to leave without that one!
