Re: MAC - Overrich Discussion
I never buy samples-I always buy the full jars. My Mutiny looks like it gets a good amount of use, as do my Helium and Jardin Aires (since I use those when mixing with other ones) and Aire-de-Blu. Mega-Rich is the only current must-have that I will get when it launches. Blonde's Gold, maybe. I'm skipping Heritage Rouge since Royal Flush is 86 times better, and Antique Green since I have Teal and rarely ever use it (even though I do blue looks all the time now).
And sleepyhead-I have no backups of anything. Yet. However next time I go to the CCO, I will be buying at least three jars of Helium. If I ever were to run out, I would be devastated. I use it every day, be it mixed with Pink Pearl as a blush or as a crease, highlight, or inner corner colour.

I Love full size jars! I NEVER worry about running out so I feel less guilty just "playing" with them, PLUS they look so pretty all in a row!

Re: MAC - Overrich Discussion
I think I am going to have to get a full jar of museum bronze and the blonde one. I love wearing bronzy gold looks in the fall.

Re: MAC - Overrich Discussion
Oh dear...... not impressed The ONLY ones that I like are Heritage Rouge, Antique Green and Blondes Gold. The others all look like repromotes of other colours....... Unfortunately the collector within me will compel me to get them all, BUT MAC really needs to lift its game with pigments..... ATM the Colour Forms pigments look better to me.

These are great colors, but I can't see myself EVER making any kind of substantial dent in a fullsize jar.
You know, I got a 1/4 tsp sample of Silver Fog in the mail today, and OMG what a great colour! I know I have to a get a full size jar of it when I go to the US this summer.

Re: MAC - Overrich Discussion
I was hoping I could pass on alot of this, but ohhhhhh....I am afraid I'm going to have to buy all of them now. Ugh. lol. I will never, ever use a whole jar of pigment, and I would rather buy samples, but I'm so anal about having the original jars it's not even funny. Perhaps a touch of the old OCD.
Also, do we have any more info on whether any of these will be pro perm.? And do we know which ones? (afraid I might have bypassed that info!)

The colors really are lovely, but they just aren't unique. I am going to check these out with duping in mind. Who knows, maybe I will be pleasantly surprised

Re: MAC - Overrich Discussion
I'm probably in the minority, but I really don't mind buying the full sized jars. They can be broken up into smaller portions and swapped on MUA or little samples can be given as extras. I don't think I have any full jars of pigment, actually! lol But I am seriously excited for this collection!

I agree, I love Silver Fog! I bought a 1/4 tsp sample first, and went through it all, so when it came out last year with Smoke Signals, I grabbed a fullsize jar. I love it dry, and it looks AWESOME wet

I have only tried it dry, and I love how it is a lovely true silver without being over the top. I can see how it must look increadibly glamorous wet, great for a smokey eye for an evening out.
OK, back on topic... Overrich pigments. Yeah, they look good too!
