I had the same problem until I began using a moisturizer. It really does make a world of difference. If you are using one, try using a primer with silicone before the shadestick. If you're doing that already and it still drags, then I'm clueless.

Does Blonde's gold look like anything else? It reminded me of something but I couldn't quite put my finger on it...

Hi...Many people buy samples from sample sellers like me and sometimes you can get them from a Mac counter. Since full jars take forever to use samples are the great size. Some sellers sell 1/4 tsp and others like me sell 1/2 tsp. It's also a great way to try a color before buying a full jar. Even as a seller I've never kept a full jar of any color for myself since samples last so long. The only colors I've had to re-fill of my personal samples in the last 4 years is Vanilla and Golden lemon. Once you build up a good amount of different colors they last a very long time.
With the Overrich colors I thought I wasnt going to get many out of a jar since the weight is less. I prefilled samples of 1 box last night and it was only short 1-2 so I hope that helps people who were worried about the fulls having less.

Re: MAC - Overrich Discussion
I picked up a few yesterday
imo Vintage Gold is probably the ugliest color i've ever seen as a pigment, it reminded me a baby poo green/brown/gold with tons of shimmer, ick!
Blonde's Gold was at the top of my list before testing them out for myself, however when I went to the store, it practicly blended into my skin tone, so it was a moot choice (I'm NW 20)
The only pigments I picked up were Copperbeam, Antiqued Green, and Heritage Rouge and upon opening them up they seem sooo much less full than the other pigments I've bought in the past (perhaps it has something to do with the Metallic-ness of these?)
I noticed as mentioned in here previously, that the jars only say 4.3 instead of the normal 7.5. I do think we should have been warned previously about hte smaller size for the same price. That hardly seems fair. I could understand if we were given 7.0 or even 6.5, but cutting a jar in half and charging the same really seems like cheating us out of our money.
I also noticed that the display pigments weren't nearly as low as the ones I purchased. That kind of ticked me off...

Re: MAC - Overrich Discussion
so yes they should give a warning.. I opened my pigments today and was totally thrown off by how much there is..
I called MAC and said it's not full.. she said I could return them and exchange them..
oh and on the website (at least the Canadian one) it states:
Overrichcolon Pigment
Pigment is a highly concentrated loose colour powder that contains ingredients to help it adhere to the skin. Pigment comes in an excellent range of colours. Use to create a subtle wash of colour or an intense effect. Pigment does not streak or cake, is easy to blend and long-lasting. Please note: Pigments are sold by weight not volume. Containers can appear to be less than full due to settling of the product.

Re: MAC - Overrich Discussion
Rbella I totally agree! Blonde's Gold and Antique Green are pure love. Antique Green is like the perfect dark teal green color. I can't wait to use the crap out of that pigment come fall!
