Re: MAC Overrich Discussion
Since I'm going to try and cut costs where I can (by waiting for these to get to CCOs) I think I'll initially get Museum Bronze and Blonde's Gold. I really like the looks of Antique Green and Heritage Rounge, so those I'll try and get at a CCO. I also like the looks of Vintage Gold, but I'm wondering how close this one is to Olive Green. I'll probably just wait for this one to get to a CCO, too. As for Copperbeam and Mega-Rich...those I'll definitely need to see in person. In my little mind I want them all, but realistically I know that Copperbeam and Mega-Rich are least likely to work on me.

Re: MAC Overrich Discussion
I would love to have: (have mauvemovement already)
Blonde's Gold -
Antique Green
Vintage Gold -
Museum Bronze -
Mega-Rich -
Copperbeam -
Heritage Rouge -
But who really needs the whole pigment jar. I wish I could just have half the jar and I would be happy. Then you are splitting the cost, makes it easier to afford) All my friends dont buy Mac like me so I guess I wont be able to do that unless I find a trustworthy person to do it with .
I WANT THE ALLL

Reason: took Mauvemovement out.

Someone mentioned about more cool tones of the taupe's, browns, ect.. l'm the same, I look better in the cool tones more so the warmer ones. I've also noticed I wont try a color at times due to it looking just like another but when I eventually do I end up loving it!
I usually gage how well a collection is doing by how quickly things start selling out on MACs web site. I'll bet you lunch that both Mutiny and Bell Bottom Blue are at my CCO before Christmas. I think because pigments are so huge an amount of product, that people don't really want to pick one up unless they think they will gets loads of use out of it. So bright colors and pastels tend to end up at my CCO in larger quantities more than colors like Sweet Sienna and Subtle. This has been true for the last three years that I've shopped at my CCO. I can't tell you how many containers of Off the Radar they had there, compared to one or two jars of Jardin Aires.

I can imagine how many off the radar there were/are. Jardin Aires sold like crazy while my off the radar didnt. I'm actually selling more of it now then i did when it came out.

Re: MAC Overrich Discussion
Well...I have every pigment ever made with the exception of two (Auburn and Mustard), so why stop now? lol
I already saw these at the pro store, they definitely impressed me. You'll be pleased.

Re: MAC Overrich Discussion
i find it totally opposite here---pigments sell out quick. ex. all NN e/s are still avail at my local counter, same with lustreglasses and lipsticks. only two pigments--lark about and bbb. so for me i have to pick up pigments asap! (or order online)
So I'm excited for a couple--though Ill stick with neutrals, unless theres something as good as mutiny (love it with illegal cargo!)

Are they actually metallic? Or glittery like Sweet Sienna and Your Ladyship? Or totally different than any that we have seen before? I am excited for a few of these!

Re: MAC Overrich Discussion
I'm imagining that they are only metallic in the sense that they are frosts, not mattes. Mauvement being on the list tends to make me think this is probably true. I doubt they're anywhere near as metallic as say Solar bits or Platinum pigment.

we're talking about one with a metallic finish. emerald green is gorgeous, but a metallic emerald green, the color of an actual emerald, would be kickass!
