It looks like a repromote from the Novel Twist Nordstrom Exclusive collection last year. It came with the 181se mini kabuki and a pearlizer. I *think* it is the same one.

I want all the pink ones too, and I'm wanting the beigey gold one too! I am skipping peach I think, but that may change once I see them in person. I have to start playing the lottery!

I could be wrong, but I am pretty sure that is a new brush. The #182 (Kabuki) is much fuller and rounder, see below:
The #181SE brush has the same type of flower tip (top), see below:
Whereas the one pictured with the Sonic Chic products, looks more like a short-handled version of MAC's current #138 - Tapered face brush:
Here's the Sonic Chic brush in question:
Meh..hard to say.
ETA: When I look a little closer, maybe it is more similar to a short-handled #116 Blush Brush:
Or a short-handled #129 Face/Blush Brush:
