BTW - I own 3 Mothbrowns

Smoke & Diamonds looks like a strand of silvery grey pearls with just a hint of taupe.

I totally agree, there have been some weird comparisons of these colors to others that I totally do not agree with. I thought maybe it was me so I kept quiet

Yeah, I'm just completely picky crazy about color accuracy (lets just say...i get paid to know about color

) so it makes me a little nuts...more than I already am

So i went to MAC today coz i have few things on my list to buy. I just asked the MA when is the new collections coming up, then she just said she can show me the collection! So i swatched them i find it really nice. I went home getting 3 e/s and 2 khol eyeliners. whew! big damage on my account but its ok coz i love it!

Personally, I thought that S&D was waaaayyy to close to Climate Blue, which is why I didn't buy it.

I'm so excited to hear the raves about Smoke and Diamonds, especially since the UPS person is supposed to deliver mine today!

I'm hoping for a pearly version of French Grey.

Mothbrown is not even remotely close to Smoke & Diamonds. I thought it would be close to Knight Divine WITH SHIMMER IMO. But none of them are dupes for S&D.

Hello everyone... my first post!

I'm in Australia so I am yet to feel the texture of these starflash e/s, but by all accounts i hear it's great.
So far I only have MAC e/s in woodwinked and jest and love both... so I want more.

I'm in the process of compiling my online order and I was wondering if I order:
Bold & Brazen &
Glamour Check (among others of course)

do I necessarily need:
Antiqued
Amber Lights
Mythology
Cooperring

Which could I live without for the time being as I'd much rather order the LE shades first? But I don't mind ordering a few permanent shades also.

Please help me. I've been lurking here for the past 5 hours looking at swatches and descriptions and I am totally confused!

I would like to be able to create nice looks.

For reference - I am fair (4 in Armani LSF... I had Hyperreal ages ago and was matched to be NW20) with blue eyes and brown hair.

Does anyone know how Lotusland compares to Mancatcher from Lure (which I just managed to get my hands on)? Do I still need Lotusland?
