MAC - Starflash Discussion - Page 56

I tried the eye kohls again last night, this time with a generous coat of Liner Last over them. They didn't smudge in the couple hours I had them on, which was better than before (when they made lines above the crease and a huge smudge below my eyes - and that's WITH primer!), but the extra step of coating them takes time I normally don't have in the mornings. (I'm using them on the lashline, not waterline. My eyes really don't like being lined on the waterline!)

I'm not sure that Raven is visibly different enough from regular black liner for me to bother with, I'll have to test it again. Mystery I'll keep, though, as I don't have anything that color and I'm really into teals lately.

Last night I tried Smoke & Diamonds with Parrot, and Mystery liner and I liked it a lot! It was very teal, but the Smoke & Diamonds toned it down enough to possibly be acceptable at work. Assuming I ever get up early enough to do more than my super-quick default makeup for work.

I do have Thunder but haven't compared the two. I don't use Thunder much though, cause I hate the texture. I will compare the two and let you know what I think

I was going to post this as a fotd BUT since I didn't take proper pics before I left and detailed ones, I figured I shouldn't. lol So I will just share them here since I used Starflash.

It seems that everyone loves Smoke & Diamonds??

No, I will get my bright colors.

I really want to try Lotusland and Talent Pool together and I guess Top Hat will look gorgeous with the Shadowy Lady Quad from CoC

If everything works fine my counter will get Starflash tomorrow. One more time the rest of the country already has the collection out. I don't know what's up, they forget us here all the time now...

I'm not a very happy Rbella. I bought SD,BB,GC and Gesso b/c Gesso who didn't have Gesso? haha. Also bought Feline. I wish you would all just leave me alone already. I wasn't going to buy from this line. Thanks a lot. I'm off to caress the now 5lb baby that is still in my stomach.

Susanne - Talent Pool, Lotusland & Top Hat will look lovely on you! I especially liked Lotusland. Its such a soft pretty color. I hope they have everything available for you tomorrow.

Top Hat seems to be one of those chameleon type shadows as it seems to slightly change colors on different skin types. On me, it turned a dark blue with just a slight purple cast. I really like that color though.
