Nordstrom ships internationally so they should have no problem shipping to Page Ranking, since that is not international. The line will be on their website and they have a toll free number plus the stores take pre-orders by phone.

Hrm, judging from the pics Risser's put up in the swatch thread, the quad isn't much to jump up and down about. Another purple/violet, another pink (almost looks like the Lightful one, Lightfully I think, which is also a lustre), another darkish colour (reminds me of Mothbrown, but I'd rather MB). The only one I want is the green, but it's not unique enough to make up for the other shadows. =/
