Ooo I want to know this too. I've tried but it never shows up as black as on skin. Have this problem w/ non-kohl eyeliners.

I have tried putting it on the waterline too and it never stays. I would love to know how to make it work.

Has anyone's Fluidline dried up?

I'm facing some 'hardness' in my earlier purchase...

you can try using a lip brush to apply fluidline to your waterline. that's what i use and it's the best i've found so far to apply it in that area (the regular 266/208 angled brushes poke my eye out)

you can also take some of the wetness of your waterline away before you apply the fluidline by taking a dry, clean finger and wipe gently along the waterline.

I did it once, with Blitz & Glitz. I use a 209 brush with Fluidlines, so it worked pretty well. By the end of the night, it was practically gone, though. ~_~

yeah i use the 209 brush too. hmm maybe it depends on the texture, like matte, metallic, etc?

I find it difficult to use on the waterline. I just use my eye kohls. Both eventually come off but I feel safer using the kohl.

Hmmm, i havent really had a problem. Only when my eye wants to be difficult and start watering a little, but other than that i use it daily, and it definitely lasts longer than any other liner ive used.

I alternate brushes...small angled, mini lip brushes, and a small smudge brush from sonia kashuk.

i run a q tip along my waterline to "dry" it then holding my lower lid out away from my eye i apply the fluidline and hold it like that for a few seconds until it dries (ie let it dry before it comes into contact with the wet part of you eye if that makes sense and isnt too gross!)

Yes, please be careful about how you use this on the waterline! The eye complications sound awful, wouldn't want it to happen to anyone.

I've only used BB gel e/l in the waterline, but I have no problems at all if I use a flat synthetic straight-edge brush. I use the Smashbox one that they 'walk' across the lid in the infomercials LOL. Super-easy to apply & lasts & lasts.

blitz & glitz works well for me - i hold my eye open for a few seconds and kinda fan with my hand so my waterline is a littler dry, then apply and wait a few more seconds. then my eyes water from closing them but i just tilt my head back. and I do the same with my Rich Ground (I like using it with melon and/or amber lights) ha, the things we do to be beautiful.

I had trouble getting macroviolet to show up purple on my waterline. its only noticeable if I do a purple look, but its still a much richer purple when I line above my top eyelashes. maybe my macroviolet doesn't like me
