I've never been able to reach them by phone =/ and only got a "we go your email" response when I filled out the form on the site...

Has anyone done this recently?

I did a Gone But Not Forgotten over the phone for Powerhouse lipstick back in July. About six weeks later, I got an email telling me they found my lipsticks and a number to call with a reference number. I ordered both on Aug 13th and still have not received my lipsticks. I think I am going to try it again for Rocker since I recently fall in love with that shade.

Do you think it could be possible to get Shimmertime and Goldenaire pigments?

^^ GBNF isn't supposed to do searches for LE items, only discontinued items, however I have had searches done on LE items, but at other times they haven't been able to do a search. It's weird. All you can do is try.

what is the email to send a request to?

I did this over the phone for Origins. They were able to locate my favorite "liquid crystal" cleanser and I received it in the mail about a month later. But, they asked for CC information first, asked how many I wanted and told me that if they couldn't locate the item, they would send me a letter in the mail. All estee lauder owned cosmetic companies have a card with the number to call. Origins counter gave one to me. This is how I found out about the program.

I never had a problem with gone but not forgotten. It's not a matter of how far back they go, it's a matter if they even have the item available. i.e. If the item was not popular it will take a while for it to sell out., so loner time it's in the gone but not forgotten database.

Is it really true that they won't search for past LE products? It seems like a lot of people on here have gotten past LE products this way.

No, that's not true. They won't look for items that were out 2 years ago or longer. The only items I've ever contacted them about happened to be LE, and they were found for me. But they'd been out within the previous year to 18 months.

I just called trying to get the Otherworldly p/p, and they told be that since it came out with a celebrity line (McQueen), that they couldn't search for it. But, she gave me a phone number for a "direct mail program" that she said might be able to get it for me. The phone number she gave me was 1-800-387-6707, option 6.

I'll give it a try and let you guys know if it works!

EDIT: No luck. Was worth a try though!

I attempted to call today and the lady was very rude Did not want to help and said I was too late for everything and she could only look for non-LE items.. she rushed me off quickly after checking for one item.. needless to say Im very disappointed since I usually have good experience with MAC
