liquidlast liner tips & tricks, removal
if this is already been posted i apologise!
i got aqualine and used it for the first time last night. first of all, it is stunning! so pretty and bright, and when they say it lasts they mean it!
anyway, im not brilliant at liquid eyeliner so i soaked a cotton bud (Q tip to you american ladies ) in make up remover and kept it to clean up any mistakes which worked well.
also it comes off easily with a good eye make up remover. i used the lancome one with the 2 layers you shake together.

its ever so slightly oily, which i think helps with removing the liner. so im guessing that any oil based make up remover will work

Do you reckon Shu Uemura cleansing oils will work on them? They work pretty well on fluidlines, so hope they'll be ok for these new Liquidlast ones.

I wish more people would use oil-based removers for their WP make-up (unless they're allergic or have really sensitive eyes). Sure, sometimes oil is a hassle esp. when I have to sleanse over my eyes w/ regular soap after but it's effective and there's no need to tug at the ey area. It's so super-sensitive and we don't want to encourage wrinkles!

i use it for heavy make up and waterproof stuff, but normally i just use make up removing wipes which are just fairly cheap ones. ive got quite a strict skin care regime so theres not a trace left when ive finished!!

Thanks! Ooh I can't wait to try me some of those hot liquidlast liners, some of the colours are stunning. But why no emerald green? Why always olive/warm greens?

OHH Emerald Green and maybe a sparkly gold orange,.. Lets beg,.. Think I will send MAC an e-mail about it. I am going over to load up on liquidlast and Sundressing today at 4:50,.. I am already counting the minutes and envious of anybody that gets to go during the day!

I love the Shu Uemura oil cleanser they made my skin feel so great. Funny because and old classmate of mine who is a licensed asethician told me to use it. I was why I have oily skin. She said yes oil breaks down oil. I guessed she sensed I didn't believe her so she gave me some samples and WOW my skin at the time never looked better. Sorry I know its off topic but I just wanted to share.
Back on topic I know anything oil base will remove makeup. So I us the old fashion Vaseline.

i use the waterproof sephora eye makeup remove and i love it. its not really oily but leaves behind a slight moisturizing oil...its great...and i agree...less tugging so less wrinkles!

Liquidlast Liners - Tips? Tricks?
I got the LL's last night and I was uber excited to try them out this morning. But when I went to apply, they were kind of thickish and got massively into my eyelashes which then proceeded to draw under my eye and on my eyelids. .
Anyway, you guys have any advice for using these? ^_^ It was kind of hard to take off w/ the cleansing oil too. ..hehe TIA!

I am totally in love with these,.. completely cheating on my fluidlines,.. I had good results in getting a thin line by getting the liquidlast onto my small angle brush and then applying,.. that way you can better control the amount that is on your brush and how much goes on your lid,.. Can you believe I swatched them at the store the other day and I washed my hands a billion times, did a pedicure on myself for which I used a super gritty exfoliating scrub and they are still on there! I love love love them! Even MAC wipes had a hard time getting them off!

I did a livechat about applying these, since I am liquid liner dumb, and the MA told me to look down into the mirror with my eyes open, tilt my chin back a bit, raise my eyebrows, and draw tiny dotted lines at first and then connect them with one long stroke. I don't have any of these yet, but I am itching to get some! Hope that helps a bit!
