So…I’ve been trying to see what’s up with my body. I was seeing a GYN & possibly had a pituitary tumor. I haven’t even gotten any results on the bloodwork I recently had. Bobby’s here not even one week…& I’m PREGNANT! I’ve been feeling ungodly nauseous & tired lately. I figured it was the flu, lol.

On a fluke, however, I told Dave that we should buy a pregnancy test. After seeing Live Free or Die Hard (how perfect is that?!?) I took it @ home. When it didn’t immediately turn into a minus sign I went to Dave & asked him to look. It was a frickin PLUS sign! Holy moley I’m overwhelmed. In a good way, though! Then almost immediately (we had just gotten Arby’s) Dave exclaimed sadly that they had forgotten to pack in some Arby’s sauce. LOL That’s naturally what would be important to anyone, right? He’s sooooooooo excited. I asked if he was nervous & he said no. I am though…I feel like I’m the nervous first-time guy here, lol.

It’s going to be a little challenging though to tell myself this isn’t like when I was pregnant with Bobby. I need to turn off those ashamed, hurtful feelings. Because I notice myself starting to feel them. This is a happy, great, & blessed thing. I’ve wanted this soooooooo badly. And here it is. Holy crap. I have a Dr.’s appt. this Thursday & hopefully he’ll having nothing but good news. I couldn’t wait to say anything until then & I have a big mouth. Plus I think it’ll help w/ those nasty feelings to just be louder than them & shout my proud news out!

Bobby's going to flip...He was spending the night @ his cousin's house last night & we haven't told him yet. He's so ridiculous about wanting a baby brother or sister. Well now he'll get his chance to try his hand @ being a big brother! That boy is my sunshine & brings me luck! I'M SO EXCITED!!!!!! (and a little scared, but mostly excited )

(Maricel – this is too weird…I really think we’re linked somehow, lol. I remember reading your post & thinking…well if SHE gets to get pregnant, then I should too, damnit! Whoa… )
