Crazed & Exhibit A blush - question
I really love both these blushes in the pan and I know they are very bright. Do you think they would be ok on a pale person? I'm NC15 in MAC. I do want a more intense look as I already have more "subtle" shades from MAC and also Orgasm from Nars.

Please read on to end of thread: I got Crazed now, but how is it best applied on fair skin?

If you use a very light hand, they might work on you. a girl at work uses Both of them as eyeshadow because they're too bright for her skin. exhibit a doesn't look good on me, even with a light hand, it's not a blue based red, it's more orangey. it's matte, but it sort of reminds me of like a MAC Veluxe eyeshadow the way it moves about and goes on the skin. Crazed has a bit of shimmer to it and is very pretty.

I think the Exhibit A could work, and the color payoff is huge! I tried it on once being funny, and it was waaay intense! I looked like a clown! I still want to own it, but less is totally more with this one. : )

In winter I am around a NC15-20 (but go to 30+ in summer) and I LOVE crazed on me when I'm paler. Only got it recently so I'll have to see how it goes when I'm darker.

It needs a v. v. v. v. light hand or it looks like all my capillaries burst but if I get the application right it is MARVELLOUSLY pretty. It seems to get even nicer the more you work it into your skin so I do v. v. light layers and buff them in.

A friend of mine who is VERY light indeed (don't know the numbers but its the lightest one in MAC) wears crazed and it also looks stunning on her.

I have both and love them both equally. I am an NC 15 with dark brown hair and gray eyes. Both require a light hand. Exhibit A looks orange in the container but on my skin it seems more cherry. Its a definite must with red lips.

Re: Crazed & Exhibit A blush - question
I own Exhibit A and it looks really fabulous on my very pale, yellow-toned skin. The key is to use a very light hand and go over it with tinted moisturizer or loose powder if it gets to be too much. Exhibit A makes a great pop of color on top of Ninotchka or Constantinople.

I on both of them and love them both. It really depend on the rest of your makeup. However crazed appears to me to be cool toned.

Re: Crazed & Exhibit A blush - question
I have and love both. I'm NW25-30, fair but not porcelain, and I can wear most warm and cool shades.

Crazed (cool raspberry with gold shimmer) is the exact colour I go when I blush so it makes me look healthy. The shimmer is barely noticeable.

Exhibit A (matte warm reddish-orange) looks like a blood orange on my face. It can look really good and naturally glowy despite the scary colour in the pan.

I think both blushes are finely textured, highly pigmented (you'd never have to buy a spare LOL) and would suit a variety of skintones.

Re: Crazed & Exhibit A blush - question
I'm NC20 (normally), gray eyes and auburn hair, and I love crazed, but you've definately got to play around with it to see how much (or little!) works for you. I'll usually use it in the winter because then I'm super light (and it's freezing cold in NY!) so it really gives you that beautiful winter flush, but that's jmo.

I tried exhibit A but with reddish hair like mine it really didn't strike my fancy, but if you have darker hair I think it'd look gorgeous.
