Night Series Palette?
i bought my palette when it first came out, and i havent had a chance to play with it until now... i have alot of the shades in singles, and i feel like the textures in the palette are really different than the single ones like some of them are really large and flaky - like Night Rider and night snow.

anyone else notice this?

Re: Night Series Palette?
Night Snow is not made to be blended. Apply it with a rolling, patting motion. It really was designed to be the most opaque white shadow on the market-to resemble snow. It looks great on the inner corner of the eye (Kevyn Aucoin loved to do little white v's right there) and hit highlight areas on the eye (and possibley the lip, and just above the lip on that v.

Night snow and rider are new textures for nars. I hated them at first. But if you use a cream shadow first and press them on with #16 brush (hoof shaped) they look incredible.

Try using a cream shadow to give it something to stick to.

Re: Night Series Palette?
I discovered two ways to make night snow more wearable, atleast for me.

1. After I pack the brush I give it a few good taps in the air, that seems to dislodge most of the really big particles and give a softer look.

2. Pack it on top of liquid eyeliner while it is still a bit wet. It is a fun evening look.

Re: Night Series Palette?
I was thinking about buying this palette. Is it worth it? There are so many mixed reviews

Re: Night Series Palette?
I like it, but I find some of the dark colors have little bits in NightSnow
