trouble blending with PP?

I love urban decay's primer potion, NO DOUBT!

But...has anyone had problems blending with it? It seems once my eyeshadow is on there...it's super hard to get it to blend bc it sticks it on there so well!

Any tips to help with the blending?

I have troubles with certain brands of shadows (like Nars) but sometimes the culprit is not waiting long enough after applying the PP. I'll usually wait a minute or so to make sure I am not placing dry shadow on a tacky surface. HTH!
