UD Brow Box Question
Alright, so I've been thinking about getting the brow box from UD but I'm a little confused about one little thing.

I feel kinda silly asking it but what do you put the wax on with? Just with your fingers or would you use a brush?
Also, do you put the wax on before or after you put the colour on?
