Zori I'm not too good at navigating this site but check in the drugstore cosmetics section. I wrote a piece there singing the prasises of the incredible lasting power of the hip cream crayons, at least on my hand, as I haven't tried it on my eyes yet.

I agree with prinzessin784, it does rip off of mac quite a bit (I saw dupes of cranberry and parrot e/s), but hey, I'm a poor college student, so it's nice to have good quality things for a relatively inexpensive price (when they do 'buy one get one free' it's a good deal).

btw,

the shimmery blue in showy=parrot
the plummy shade in cheeky is like mac cranberry
the blue in retro is kind of like mac deep truth e/s
thank you!!!

Thanks, I checked it out. Hmmm, next time I see them I'd probably make a purchase or two

Re: Loreal HIP
Oh sorry, I didnīt see the questions before. Depotting was not problem. Didnīt need any heat or something. Used a cutter (is this also the english name fot this package opening tool???) and the glue was not too strong. The palette is by BENI DURRER. I purchased this from a german MAC-o-holic ;-)

Caffy, thinks for the comparsion pix, but have you heart of copy right? I know itīs not so usual in US, but you can not take other people pix, upload them somewhere else and make scribbles on them. I donīt like, what you did with my pic. You can quote my post with the pic, but not use it. Sorry, bt not this way...

also i think the line is crap
i bought some when it first came out & the e/s is typical of a drugstore brand - chalky & gross

Re: Loreal HIP
I just tried their Cream liners,.. they are completely bad copies of fluidlines,.. they look so pretty in the package but they are not creamy at all,.. and hard to use from the first. Really too bad cuz I like the teal color,.. Ya know,.. I really need to stop buying this stuff,. it just doesnt compare.

Re: Loreal HIP
I love their HIP duos! THey're very pigmented. I only have two of them...so I'm planning to get more. I've never tried their pigments, but they're so expensive for a drugstore line so I'm waiting for it to be on sale so it can be more worth it. Otherwise I'll just save up a few more bucks for MAC piggies.

Really? They've been getting some awesome reviews lately I think I'll try one anyway and if I don't like, I'll just return it.

Overall I think the line is okay. I love the cream blushes lipglosses. I tried a few of the shadows and they were pretty nice. I ended giving them away though because I though I couldn't palette them. I was wrong but thats okay.

The prices are a tad high for drugstore but they dont bother me. The return policies at CVS and Walgreens are so liberal anyway that it doesn't hurt to give the line a try.
