Thanks for posting this, I'm gonna check out the NYC line, I've tried their eyeliners before and I can't remember how I feel about them, I don't think they lasted too long on my waterline.

Hopefully they will have the brushes at my local drugstore, we don't have Target in Canada ):

I really like NYC too, especially the lipsticks and glosses.

Retro Red has to be THE brightest orange-red I've seen in such a store.

The eyeliners are soft enough not to pull on yr skin. But need to be set with powder.
