Depotting Smashbox Eyeshadows?
It seems to me that Smashbox shadows are the same size as MAC ones... are they? Has anyone depotted them? If so, any tutorials/suggestions?

i've done it on a few shadows but not without at least cracking most of them. a few disasters. i'm trying to remember exactly how their pots are built, but i know for sure that you have to find the super tiny crack and stick something strong and super thin in and sort of pop it out - the crack is thinner than the mac one which is easy of course. then, IIRC, you have to use the flame depotting method (because there is a tall rim that prevents using flat iron method). then try pushing the pan out from the bottom while hot. and yes, they fit perfectly in mac palettes

the outer rubber part is popped off easily, i just stuck and pin between the rubber and th plastic and it popped off. then theres a big tall rim, just put the candle right in there and then push the pin through the middle when the plastic is soft and the shadow should pop out.
