Photo Finish under powder foundation?

I just wanted to know, can Smashbox Photo Finish Primer be worn under powder foundation? Does it give the same effect as being worn under liquid?
It's probably a really stupid question, but there's always the chance that it's meant to be used under liquid foundation.

Yes, you can. It's really good under mineral makeup too.

Just to let you know Monistat Chafing Gel is the exact same thing, only about $30.00 cheaper!!!! Here is a thread about it: Smashbox Photo finish and Monistat Chafing gel I use it & it's exactly the same.

I wear it all the time under my studio fix powder. Hell, I don't think I'll wear any foundation without it. My skin doesn't do that "eww I'm oliy and nasty" thing later on in the day.

I love smashbox photo Finish. Yes, you can wear it under mineral makeup and/or liquid.
I belive the photo Finish is a must have. I love it
