General Comments: I was browsing through different stands in a huge cosmetics shop in the center of Athens last Thursday with a friend,because I needed to pick up some stuff for my upcoming excursion on the next day!Suddenly we stopped in front of the ArtDeco stand and I thought "hmmmm let's ask about that eyeshadow base that everybody's talking about!",so I asked the SA whether they had the e/s base!She showed it to me and she spread some on my hand...wow!!!It spread like a dream and after a few seconds it became invinsible!I liked how it felt on my skin!

Then I asked her about the price,expecting that she would hit me with a price at least 15Euros (= $19),but to my suprise the base was on sale on that day and the price was great...only 5,60Euros (= $7)!Of course I immediately told her "OK I'll take it!!!!"

On the second day of my excursion I went with my best friend to a club!Smoke,humidity,sweat...you know how it is!I had put eyeliner on my top lashline and I was sure that after 8 hours of wearing it,it would be all over my lid!To my surprise,when I got to my room,it was still there,looking soooo good as I had put it on that exact moment!

I have very oily lids and quite deep set eyes,so it means a lot to me that this e/s base kept my eyeliner in place for 8 hours full of smoke,humidity and sweat!!

I'm so excited!!!!GO GET IT!!!!!

i've been using it for some months and I CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT! before discovering this base i had to stop using eyeshadows cause they would ALL crease after no more than one hour. terrible.

now i can sweat, cry, put contacts on, have rain on my face, touch my eyes... nothing comes off! i mean, i can rub my finger on the eyeshadow and the color won't come off. in italy it cost more or less 7 euros (don't know how much it is in $), and it is worth every cent i will definitely buy again, the only problem is that is not very easy to find.

can i just say..."what she said!"? because RIGHT THE HECK ON! i adore this stuff. too bad it's only avaliable in Europe. i had to swap for it and i found a darling of a girl who was willing to CP me a couple of them at once. it's great that you only have to use the tiniest bit of the stuff for it to work wonders, so if you can get ahold of a pot of the stuff, it'll last a good while.

i think its perfect,everything stays on,it looks better,and it smells relly nice...cant apply shadow without it once i tried it.

Hey nup no problem! I'm glad you like it! I've never tried UDPP, but I'm not sure that it will suit me!I would try it if somebody gave it to me as present for example, but I'll stick to ArtDeco Eyeshadow Base for now that works great for me!

It's THE perfect underwear for eyeshadows. The eyeshadow lasts and lasts. I have the 5th in use.

Where do you get the product? I have never heard of Artdeco.

I feel robbed for using up about 5 tubes of UDPP that cost me about $20 each (I'm from the Philippines) when this is sold for only $6 (on sale and $7 on regular price)! This works better than UDPP as well plus you don't have to gunk out the ones from the tube's end to get the last few drops!

This is the best base I´ve ever worn, and the only one I´ll ever repurchase. I´ve bought a Cream Color Base from MAC and Second Base from Too Faced, and both have creased badly, no matter how thinly I´d apply them. Artdeco´s base is the only one that does not crease at all and makes the eye makeup last all day. It´s so easy to apply it, you pat it on your eye, and a few seconds later, it´s dry and ready. And it´s sheer, so it intensifies the eyeshadow color without changing it.
The price of this product in my country is rather expensive, you know...Using the current exchange rate, I pay 18 dollars for it, but it´s only here, because of the weird tax policy. But I don´t care, even if I pay three times more than the rest of the girls, I´ll stick to this wonderful product for the rest of my life!
