I usually won't even TRY Cover Girl items, but I'm a sucker for LIMITED EDITION no matter what the brand is...sooooo...I saw these in Wal-Mart for 4.97 and looked over the colors. They all seemed pretty boring except for the Celestial Pinks Trio. A shimmery, iridescent light pink, a soft grayed down plummy color with shimmer/iridescence, and what looks like a white shadow but is actually like a mother of pearl. These are creme shadows that come with your typical sponge tip applicator. They smoothed on easily and blended nicely. I WAS SURPISED! They color payoff was delicate, pretty, iridescent, shimmery, and better than I expected. As with ALL creme shadows, I did have some creasing, but nothing a swipe with a q-tip didn't fix easily.
For 4.97, I say give it a shot if you see some colors that would look good on you. There are 4 choices. Don't be deceived by what looks like a bunch of plain white or creme colors in the trios, they really are iridescent and throw off some pretty color.
