This is an excellent mascara at ANY price! It hold curl and gives long, defined lashes. I have never found a mascara that does not smear at all. For $4 I can't complain about the packaging. The only warning- the brush has the tendency to glop on too much, so wipe the wand down with a tissue beforehand and arm yourself with a metal lash comb. Be prepared to be blown away.

really good mascara , makes your lashes look very long. i love layering this with maybelline great lash in blackest black for a more dramatic look.
