Loreal HIP Color Truth Cream Eyeliner (Midnight Blue)
Overall Rating:5
Price [Value]: 5
Packaging Quality:5
Would you buy this product again? yes

I happened to see it in Walmart today, for less than $9 bucks I decided to give it a try.

This is pretty much a copy of the Fluidline in Waveline. The staying power has been great so far, and application is smooth and easy. The jar inside the package makes the color appear "shimmery blue" - it is actually a very nice rich navy blue on my skin (NC30). Perfect for everyday wear.

The only thing that I am disappointed about is the "professional brush" included in the package. It is so thick that there is no-way you can make a thin line with that brush. I am going to use that brush to fill my eye brow instead. LOL!!!

Re: Loreal HIP Color Truth Cream Eyeliner (Midnight Blue)
I brought the black one and went back and brought all the colors they had avalible ... Its def like fluidline and it dries to a matte with a little shimmer. I put some shadow and pigment over it and it was pretty good for all day wear and no creasing.

Its also water proof, not hard to come off using a babywipe but just plane water...its not going anywhere. Im a NC45 and the colors show up bright and colorful, all the colors dries darker than it looks in the container, but not to much darker.

The brush it comes with ... I agree with RoseMe, its way to thick to make a thin line. Overall great product and nice price. I hope they come out with more colors.

They're definately trying to copy Fluidline. But I love this stuff because it stays on through ANYTHING.

Re: Loreal HIP Color Truth Cream Eyeliner (Midnight Blue)
I started off with the Black one, adored it, then went out and bought the brown and black on on CVS BOGO. I've used them every day (not all at once, lol, that would be silly ), and they have perfect staying power.

The only gripe I have with the Blue is that I need to put two coats of the stuff on to get that deep solid line, but otherwise it's just peachy. I'm very tempted to go get the Teal and Eggplant when CVS has another BOGO.

Oh, and I bought an angled brush at Michaels, and it works TONS better than the brush it came with. For sure.

Re: Loreal HIP Color Truth Cream Eyeliner (Midnight Blue)
I just purchased the black one. I hope I like it I thought it was kind of high priced $ 13 for a walgreens brand; so I hope I am not disapointed. My eyes water a lot so I have problems with eye liner.
