Thumbs up Maybelline: Define-A-Lash - Very Black (mascara)
Overall Rating: 5
Price [Value]: 5
Packaging Quality: 5
Would you buy this product again? Yes

This is, hands down, my favorite mascara ever! I have naturally long lashes, and the individual hairs are pretty thick, so for daytime, mascara can look a little overdone. But this product takes what I have and makes it lovely. My lashes are defined, appear very long, and are never spider cakey. I even had someone ask me recently if my lashes hit my eyeglasses often. Yes, they do. And now they look like they do without looking fake.

Would you buy this product again? Don't think so.

Sorry, but this does not do anything special on my lashes. And I dislike the brush/applicator at the end. It's too soft/bendy, it doesn't 'grab ahold' of my lashes. And it's difficult to insert back into the tube too. I think I'll go back to Max Factor's Volume Couture.

Would you buy this product again? Any day!

I love this stuff. It has NO clumping at all and it makes my eyelashes look super long. It doesn't do too much for volume, but I didn't but it for that. It is almost the same as covergirl lash exact mascara, but the little green tip is just a little too bendy? I would recomend it to anyone who isn't into thick, dramatic eyelashes.

Would you buy this product again? Already have

I love this mascara. I love the wand, the size of the handle and the fact that it doesn't clump. I now use it right before I use the Define-A-Lash Volume (pink bottle) and it give me long, thick, curled, clump free lashes. Love Love Love! (and Maybelline is always on sale somewhere, even better as it's only $6 to begin with.)

This is my fav mascara!! My lashes are separated, lengthened, and not clumpy!! I love the bendiness and the skinniness of the wand because i never hit my skin with it!! I even love it more that CG Lash Blast!!!

Would you buy this product again? In a heart beat

I first bought this mascara because it made my friend's lashes look a million miles long, and she already had such long stratight lashes. I was worried at first that it would just clump my short curly lashes together but it didn't at all!! They looked the longest I've ever seen then, and pretty darn straight too. I didn't mind the price after that, and would buy it again and again. It was also pretty easy to take off.

The bottle is adorable. Leaves my lashes looking beautiful, and clump free. Don't even really need to use my eyelash comb! Doesn't give much volume, but if you're looking for something a little more natural in the volume department it is the best, hands down.

Would you buy this product again? sure.

i have this in the waterproof version, and it really is waterproof. it flakes a little, and it makes my eyes itchy when it does. but otherwise, it's a great mascara! (not for everyday, of course.) it lengthens my lashes a lot, and it separates them. the brush is unlike any i've ever seen, in a good way. the shape of the brush really helps to get to the base of the lashes.

This is the only mascara that makes my lash strong and curly... It doesnt smudge on me either. Great product at cheaper price, too.
