This color is a light cobalt blue with light shimmer. Goes on lightly but can be packed on. Looks nice over silverbleu shadestick from MAC.
Much bluer than MAC's Cornflower pigment, Misty Blue is a medium blue. Blue, not purple, not yellowish, not neon, just blue. I am not crazy about it, but I don't hate it either. It is, well, medium blue shimmer pigment.
PAckaging is not too great, but this is a decent value.
