Buy again? sure, but there are better mascaras out there

i bought this mascara for $1.99 @ Target and i settled with it because i needed a basic mascara at the time. it lenghtens your lashes and doesn't clump, so for being only $1.99 it does a pretty good job. i wouldn't settle with this, though - there *are* other mascaras out there that are better than this one.
