Pure Luxe Mineral Eye Color: Hypnotic (loose color powder)
Overall 4
Price Value 5
Packaging Quality 5
Buy again? No

Hypnotic is a baby sky blue base color with lots of pastel blue and silver shimmer. The extra feature of this color is the holographic mircoglitter that is in it.

The holographic microglitter is kind of hard to see, and it also does not stay in place well unless you use mixing medium. Nice color and very pretty, but I do not use it much. Sample would be enough for me.

The price is a bit more expensive than Sweetscents Pigments, but still is less than half price than MAC pigments.

10g jar is about $9.60, and 5g is about $4.80. You can find these at www.pureluxecosmetics.com. Really unusual color and worth having a small jar around. Good quality pigment- no talc or other fillers that many loose color powders have.

I forgot to mention in the other reviews that Pureluxe does have good sized samples offered in all colors for $1-$2 each if you are not interested in buying a lot of each color, but want to have a good selection in your makeup kit.

would you buy this product again: No

PL is very inexpensive for the amount of product that you get, but I find that their pigments don't have as much color payoff as MAC or Twisted Fayte. Great review!
