Wet n' Wild Kohl Kajal Eyeliner
Rating: 4
Packaging: 3

So, I actually have a couple of these and I feel like each color is very hit and miss.
Or maybe it depends on the batch i'm very unsure.
I had the Black Black(651) color a long time ago but could never find it in stock again, if that's any testament to how nice/cheap these liners are. I pick them up for about a buck at my local K Mart and I loved the black one I had and now the Charcoal(655) I picked up by accident is great. However, the blue colors I bought aren't as impressive. I got Deep Blue (657) and it's honestly like a dark more blue teal rather than dark blue and the consistency is kinda wierd, it feels almost oily and it's very thick. Their Turqoise (659C) is better than the deep blue (still not as soft as the charcoal or black black) but it takes a couple of coating to get the color bright and it kinda pulls off the eyeshadow if you know what I mean. But really they're worth a shot.

Re: Wet n' Wild Kohl Kajal Eyeliner
i own some of these pencils myself.. but i don't own any black becuase i prefer to use liquid liners if i'm wearing black eyeliner, so i own a couple of whites, a brown, a frosty sky blue, and a teal green.

anyways, i used to use the white pencil allover my lid as an eyeshadow base. i love the sticky feel it gives and works great as a base for my eyeshadow to really stick to my lids (must like mac paintpots). but i really have to warm up the pencil cuz otherwise it pulls too much on my skin and i'm afraid of it causing wrinkles, especially since the skin around the eye is so delicate.

so, i've kinda stopped using these pencils as bases... and now use nyx jumbo eyepencils instead b/c the formula is so much creamier and smoother
