Hi All!

I applied for a beauty advisor posistion recently, I had my interview with the store and they liked me, this morning I had my talent plus phone interview, which I think also went well.
Tomorrow Im meeting the clinique rep (she said on the phone she'd love to meet me) after the talent plus interview.


Anybody know what I can expect to do when I meet her? It wont be at the store, it will be at a coffee shop.

Well, I just got hired on at an Origins freestanding as an ASM, so I have a slight knowledge of this -

TalentPLUS is EL's way of deciding your weakness/talents and weighing them to decide how you would fit into thier structure, where you would fit, and if you are what the company needs. Basically, if you passed in the acceptable range, they'll call back. I'd say you have a 90% chance of being hired at this point. Ask her for your top 5 talents. Also good that your next step is outside the counter.. you won't be surrounded by the pressures of customers/ or other people. Just be yourself, talk about your passions, defenitely about any growth you want to achieve (EL is big about expanding and opportunity). Good luck, and welcome to the Lauder family!
